E-mail password can be reset by the owner of a hosting account through cPanel.
Please login to Cpanel and click on e-mail Accounts From Email menu.
Click on Change Password on the menu list e-mail address available to change the password.
You can now exit cPanel by closing your browser, or by using the Logout button in the upper right corner. Remember, if you are using a public computer, ALWAYS Logout of cPanel before closing due to security reasons.
