Creating an e-mail with POP access in cPanel is very easy, just that for this follow these steps:
1. Login in cPanel
2. Click the menu "Mail Accounts" / "Email accounts"
3. Now in the form "Add A New Mail Account" select email, domain, and password for the new account in the space of e-mail.
